As far as sleeping soundly and avoiding the usual problems such as bugs and pests flying around in your room, you can now avoid the problem with this air conditioner offered by Samsung.
We often turn to the bug sprays and insecticide aerosols to make sure that our sleeping environment is free from them but the next issue is the fact of having to live with the odor and smell which may in turn affect our breathing capacity.
Samsung recently conducted extensive research in Good Sleep technology involving the Bukyung National University, Busan, Korea which revealed that a room’s temperature should change in accordance to sleep patterns, to achieve longer periods of deep sleep and ensure an optimal night’s rest.

As far as sleeping comfortably is concerned, there are things you have to consider on the place where you will be sleeping. The environment you may find yourself into is something essential and it would help if you could try to do the necessary adjustments that allow you to sleep soundly each night.
All people have different definitions and variations on what bedroom ambiance they look towards to when they want to get sound sleep. Here are some tips that may be useful for you:
- Make sure your room is quiet. If necessary, try using a white noise machine or earplugs.
- Keep your room at a temperature that’s comfortable. Slightly cooler temperatures often are best for sleep.
- Keep the bedroom dark. Also make sure you get plenty of exposure to light during the day.
- Make sure your bed and pillows are comfortable and clean, and big enough for you and your sleep partner to share.
- Avoid TV or a computer in the bedroom.
- Offer pets their own bed or other comfy sleep spot.

Now this is what I call a brilliant approach to shelving! No fancy craftsmanship and loads of style. Moorman is behind the wonderful concept where a metal sheet has been attached to a wall and the boxes comes equipped with magnetic back to stick them on! Pure genius!

Atlas T-Pillow Released by Back2Sleep
2 Comments Published by brian yalung April 29th, 2008 in BED Accesorries, BED News.
Here is a good add-on towards people who have problems with sleeping and snoring. Back2Sleep has introduced in the market the Atlas T-Pillow. While laying on one’s back, the Atlas-T Pillow is designed to maintain 16 degrees between the cervico-cranial (Atlas) junctions, which widens the airway openings, and thereby stops or alleviates snoring.
The things we turn to that can help us during our bed problems are imminent and by all means, breakthroughs such as this a welcome note on the part of the people who long for restful sleep.
“We are incredibly pleased with the results derived from the Atlas-T Pillow®, and the millions of people we will help who can’t get a restful night sleep due to snoring, headaches, or those waking with feelings of numbness and/or tingling in their extremities and other possible afflictions preventing them from sleeping through the night. While we are classified as a class I medical device by the FDA, this is a product that was designed to help the masses. Unfortunately, most people are unaware of the dangers associated with snoring, which include cardiovascular disease and obesity.”

I love everything which Linea churns out as it may adhere to modern design principles but it still manages to emphasize on comfort. The Smala Sofa bed is no exception and this convertible sofa includes a rectangular tubular steel frame with slatted suspension. The seat and back has been upholstered in multiple density foam.
