We all know that alarm clocks come in different and crazy styles these days and this annoying hanging alarm clock is sure to be another of those. Imagine a clock hanging by the ceiling, something you can see when you are in bed. Now if you are the sleepyhead type, setting the alarm at preferred times would be helpful but I guess not for the chimes (or sounds?) that it will play once it is time to get up. IT plays the tune of “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”.
So when you hear that, would you snooze or get up. Unless you can handle the irritating sound, chances are you will get up. Now isn’t that a helpful annoying alarm clock for you?
Technical Specifications
* The clock is suspended from the ceiling by a cable
* Alarm sound is the Close Encounters theme tune
* Everytime the snooze button is pressed, the clock reels up the cable 30cm in one minute

Plants are known add-ons to our homes and while they do spice up any room today, we tend to overlook them especially if they need watering. Now what if you had a plant pot that can remind you and give them a piece of their mind in a manner of speaking? Then perhaps you will no longer forget to water them eh?
Such is the concept of this Pet Plant Pot which uses a digital LCD display programmed to show you what a plant needs. It may sound geeky but it does help remind you of something especially if you are too busy to notice that your plant is drying up and ruining the room ambiance in the process.
