Bowman Headboard

by Max on Sunday, December 21st, 2008

Sometimes an adult just feels like a change in bedroom surroundings.  A new headboard can be tough to pick out, because you’re going to have to look at it every time you go to bed at night for years to come- at least that’s the case if you purchase a metal headboard that is well constructed and built to last.  There is no choosing anxiety necessary when you choose something simple like the Bowman Headboard from Hillsdale Furniture.

The simply yet lovely Bowman Headboard is durably constructed of metal and finished in a dashing gun metal grey color with satin beige accents.  The entire headboard is built out of sturdy metal that looks like tubing, and the vertical slats are attached to the horizontal top rail with lovely, rounded casting pieces.  The posts of the bed are metal balls much larger in diameter than the rest of the pieces, making the finials a focal point of the bed.  A very attractive bed, the Bowman Headboard is plain enough to be placed successfully in any bedroom, whether in a boy’s room, a girl’s room, an adult’s bedroom, or a guest room.  It is available in full/ queen size and king size, and is plain enough to look at home is simple bedding or dressed up with more ornate, decorative bedding.

The Bowman Headboard is another ingenious creation by Hillsdale Furniture, maker of lots of different metal headboards to choose from in addition to modern platform beds, contemporary sleigh beds, and kids bedroom furniture pieces.
