Do not let the design fool you. While it does seem like a familiar gas lamp, the whole thing is actually a design for a new kind of pendant lamp that should be a real eye catcher in homes that house oddly made stuff.
The Gas Lamp comes from La Firme which carried the familiar design of a propane gas tank which is actually its shade. The lamp should be something worth having in any part of the home, providing some twist that should add more character and flare towards mood setting and overall interior design.
