Temperature Controlled Faucet Light

by brian yalung on Tuesday, January 20th, 2009

Temperature Controlled Faucet Light is a great way to enhance a home, particularly in the kitchen. It can even be a great indicator to help out kids from telling what is hot and which is cold.

Temperature Controlled Faucet Light changes with the relative heat/coolness of the water. A great way to keep your young children from getting burned, a wonderful sci-fi light show.

Red lights illuminate the water stream when hot, and blue shines through the stream when cold. The red light is turned on for temperatures of 89 degrees and above.

Works on most USA faucets and includes universal adaptors for 95% coverage. Simply unscrew old aerator and screw on the Faucet Light.

Price: $19.95

  • I really like this, and for only $20. My only concern would be that I might waste water just playing with it red, blue, red, blue....
  • I am curious what the gallon per minute flow rates are on these. If they are low flow faucet aerators that would be a great option.
  • Hm, this could be used for a prank. Turn on the hot water, and call everyone in your home to see how the blood is flowing down the drain.

God, where do I get these ideas from.....
