When you are considering to buy a condo unit, you are bound to be astounded by the interiors the real estate company has invested. But while you should take note that you will not be getting the unit like it is, you get some consolation in the form of flooring choices and table top finishes.
However, as far as the choice on the type of flooring you want for the welcoming area and the rooms are concerned, you are given the liberty to choose on what type of flooring you would want. Normally, it would be a choice of either ceramic tiles or wooden parquet flooring.
Assuming you choose wooden flooring, it doesn’t mean you will be saving on cost by foregoing the ceramic tiles which are sure to cost more. Normally, unless contractors specify separate deals where floorings are not included, you will get the tiles together with the unit.
When you do get it, do not fret. If you don’t want to use it, just offer it for sale. You will be getting the tiles wholly. So if you have no plans of using them, might as well sell them to perhaps invest the cash on something else like a table or mattress. Now would not that be a resourceful way to manage your finances?
