On the other, the Holiday season is always a time for buying new things for most and this is regardless if they are being shortchanged due to the potential recession stages of most companies together.
Put them together and you are bound to see companies desperately trying to make a sale, even if it means diminishing their profits. So what is good about all of this? Well for one, you can consider buying new appliances such as TV sets are best prices you today. For sure, no company would want to be caught with excess inventory and among the leading furniture line that they will consider would be the TV sets that everyone loves to relax with.
In any event, there are lots of good reasons to buy a new HDTV during (or shortly after) this coming holiday season. The DTV transition is coming in February, LCD and plasma are mature technologies, there’s lots of supply in the product pipeline, the run-up in energy (and therefore shipping) prices has momentarily paused, and there’s plenty of economic insecurity to further depress TV prices.
