On display in Germany is a new kind of house that makes use of an odd material; rubber. The Rubber House is a brainchild of Zeinstra Van Gelderen Architecten, ideal for people who want some time off alone.
The Rubber House measures about 2.3m high and is built as a perfect square of 1.5m X 1.5m. The structure has a cave-like atmosphere and glutinous, partly translucent walls, one with a small bench and the other with a viewless window frame.
