Going Green is the 21st century mantra that’s why we at Bedzine love the WeberHaus passive house with a solar energy system. The compass roof, circular window in the front wall, slanted supports of the balcony, colors, facade design and the large, south-facing windows have a very futuristic vibe to it.

“The WeberHaus passive house has a solar energy system, controlled ventilation heating and heat recovery, and an EIB that automatically controls all lights and roller blinds. The thermal energy requirement has been reduced to just under 15kWh per m² per year.”
