Bedbugs are small nocturnal insects of the family Cimicidae that live by feeding on the blood of humans and other warm-blooded hosts. These little critters are well adapted to human environments. It is found in temperate climates throughout the world and has been known since ancient times.
Once there was a man selling bedbug repellants, claiming that his product is the most effective bedbug repellant in the market. One day, one of his customers came complaining that the product is not working at all. “Impossible! The bugs can never survive this poison. Are you sure you use the product properly?” ask the salesman.
“I spread it on the bed and let the bugs eat them.” the customer answered.
“Aha! That’s why!” said the salesman. “You have to catch the bugs and stuff each of them with this product!”
“What? In that case I could have killed them by myself!” the customer cried.
“Why not? Once you caught it, it’s all up to you, pal!”
