They would be bad enough to wake me up and not allow me to sleep very well. I walked out of the store thinking I was crazy for spending $60 on a pillow! But let me tell you, I'd never give this pillow up! My headaches have stopped and it's just down right comfortable. I never thought that the foam used could be this comfortable. It's completely different then traditional pillows. The support is perfect... firm, yet very soft.They even cut out sections in the bottom which makes it lighter and more comfortable to put your arm under the pillow. $60 is steep... but I highly recommend it.
