The Fresno headboard captures the spirit of the Arts & Crafts style, if not the color scheme. While natural wood tone was the mantra of the movement, painted finishes, like the Ebony used on this headboard, gives the Fresno contemporary flair. This is another headboard that has the beefy hand-hewn feel to it – purposely designed to counterpose the ornate Victorian effusiveness, which preceded this new design school.
