A Big NO to Kirkland’s 125 Bed Jail Construction

For most people living in the suburbs or areas where safety is a concern, building jails to serve as holding areas for notorious criminals may solicit both positive and negative views.

Positive in the sense that wandering criminals will be put behind bars of correctional facilities and ridding them from walking the streets that make it unsafe for standard bystanders to walk on.

Negative in the sense that at any point, jail breaks and a sense of insecurity with regards to the safety of nearby residential or commercial homes may be susceptible to dangers without their knowledge.

So what are regional leaders to do when such crisis sets in?
