    Wow, that’s something else! I like the looks of it…clean lines with a whimsical touch. But I wonder how the mattress is held in place on top of the platform, what keeps it from migrating around. And I also wonder about the wear and tear on the floor beneath the bed - the bottoms of those springs look like they would be rough on a surface. Also, if you sit on a corner, does the whole bed tilt? That could be hard on walls or nearby bedside tables, etc. Questions, questions, questions.

    I meant to include this in my earlier comment, but the reason for my wanting to know the answers was that this looks like a fun DIY recycling/building project and I was wondering if there was a way to learn from the designer themselves.
