Dormia Ordered to Liquidate all Bed Products

Dormia

Declaring bankruptcy may save you from further legal mitigations as far as payables are concerned but for large bed companies such as Dormia, it does not stop there. Acting apparently on their claim of bankruptcy, Dormia has been ordered to liquidate all its assets and products before it closes its doors.

For Dormia, this means additional work prior to closing the books. But for the consumers like us, it means lucrative discounts towards bed products such as mattresses, pillows and bed covers.

After the sales, Dormia will close all of its store locations, though it will continue to manufacture bedding products to be sold by other retailers.

Bankrupt mattress retailer Dormia has been ordered by a bankruptcy court to sell off all the merchandise at its retail locations – including its two stores in the Triangle.

SURE ~ THEY MAY BE PROTECTED UNDER BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION, BUT WHAT ABOUT US POOR SUCKERS WHO GOT "STUCK" WITH THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCT. WHERE CAN WE TURN TO FOR HELP. I`VE PAID FOR MORE THAN 1/2 USING THEIR INTEREST FREE SALES PROGRAM, BUT WHAT HAPPENS TO US NOW. WE DON`T FEEL AS WE SHOULD FINISH PAYING FOR THIS " JUNK " & THEM NOT HONORING THEIR WARENTEES TO THE CUSTOMER. WILL THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE PROTECT OUR CREDIT IN THIS REGARD ?? LETS HEAR SOME SUGGESTIONS. I`LL NOT PAY ANOTHER "RED CENT " TO THEIR "NEW" FINANCE COMPANY TAKING OVER THEIR RECIEVABLES. THEY PROBABLY BOUGHT OUT THE CONTRACTS FOR TEN CENTS ON THE DOLLAY ANYWAY.
