After Service Concerns of a New Home

When you have closed the deal and finally gotten your new home, don’t just enjoy yet. Make sure that everything is in place and that there are not home areas that need to be addressed such as faucets, the bathroom or even the walls. Normally, when a new home or condominium unit is officially turned over to you, you are asked to go over it and make a final check it everything is in order.
Rarely would you find future home owners not to have any qualms on their new homes. Minor as they may be, it still remains that they will want a perfect handover before nodding in approval. Make sure everything is set and then move in the furniture to get your home built up and standing on the way to your long served dream pad.
So after-care should be an important part of any developer’s creed, especially in a sluggish market, when they need to go that extra mile to help sales.
Builders follow a ’snagging’ procedure to check for faults once a home is built, but this form of quality control varies hugely. Some companies walk away and provide almost nothing; others go overboard to keep their customers happy.
