In Los Angeles, mattresses, such as a waterbed mattress, used to be a big thing and they had the same problems as the article lists with the additional issue of claws and leakage.

You might want to try a foam mattress of some kind, like visco memory foam or latex...comfort and no punctures!</description>

		<description>Woah... I think people need to be told about this on the mass level. Such a mattress can get fatal for infants, who could think of that.
