
I don’t think I’ve ever thought of this to help me sleep at night. I heard of using songs to sleep, meditation, blindfolds….but SOFTWARE to help me sleep? I don’t know about you, but I don’t want any computers to be near me when I sleep. They give me enough work and stress already, so I sleep pretty damnned well every night. However, if you’re desperate, you can give this a try………I’ll stick to intense workouts to tire me out and help me sleep.
