Some don’t even bother since you can buy the usual salt and pepper in ready plastic containers from makers like McCormick. But if you want to blend the salt and pepper needs, here is the Balance Salt and Paper stack that should fit in nicely with any table design.

Each of these stones is made of porcelain, each having a different feel: smooth for the salt, rugged for the pepper. Salt: 6.5×5×3 CM, Pepper: 9×5.5×2.8 CM, Base: 11.5×7×2.3 CM.

Seemingly looking like a standard butter knife, this portable device is actually a hand-held toaster. It’s a design concept by Kim Been that looks like a knife but is really a handheld toaster. All you need to do is run it across the bread until it’s toasted to your liking.

How are you going to get toasting power in this knife-thing? It would likely take awhile to toast your bread. Therefore this may be more of a dieting tool as you will surely go hungry.
