For most kids, it is easier and ideal for them to stay in their rooms if they like what they see. This is the concept being introduced by most parents and home owners to make sure that the bedroom design that their kids want are able to suit the taste of what their kids are going crazy about today. Apparently, the thing that captures their fancy are the sporty themed bedroom designs starting from quilts and linens that offer various sports themed designs available in the market today.
The choices for sports themed bedrooms covers a lot. It can range from basketball, football and even hockey. Most kids follow these events through television and some even idolize them. With that said, do not be surprised if your kid would want a preferred sports theme for their bedroom of their favorite theme of their desired sport today.
“Jordan’s had it for a year now, but the minute anyone walks into the house he has to bring everybody upstairs to show them,” mother Daniella says. “He absolutely loves it.”
Capitalizing on a boy’s love of hockey may seem like a no-brainer, but the company that created the effect believes it’s the only one offering such themed rooms.
“There’s nobody in the country who does anything like this,” says Michael Gossack, whose Cherry Hill Designs created Jordan’s room.

It’s never too early to emphasize on some good old privacy and the Childbed by Ratia Home epitomize this point of view. I love the simplicity of the bed even though it takes a more complex route when it comes to the actual designing.
Beds can be Your Guardians

We all know beds as being something to sleep on and jump on. But did you know that they can be good hiding places as well? Well, some kids do it. They hide under the bed at times when they play with other kids in the familiar game of Hide ‘n Seek while others have other ways of using them such as hiding some valuable possessions such as personal diaries or even money.
But in times of danger such as intrusion of robbers and thieves, you can always count on beds to be your protector when you want to stay away from potential harm from such intruders. While thieves are robbing you of your material possession, at least you are making sure that your most valuable possession is intact and protected…your life!
As two intruders began ransacking her house, a teenager home alone climbed into bed, hid under the covers and text-messaged her mother, who called the police.
Lauren Durnbaugh (13) was home sick from school on Tuesday when she heard someone open a rear door. She hid as the intruders - who were later arrested - went from room to room. Her mother Margo Roby called the police and raced home from work, ramming her vehicle into the back of the robbers’ car in the driveway.
