New Bed Line from Jaclyn Smith
0 Comments Published by brian yalung August 21st, 2008 in BED Accesorries, BED News, Bed Designs, Beddings, Bedroom. One thing you have to note about celebrities who are in their prime, wise investments come from choosing wise needs and bed lines are one of them. Jaclyn Smith, the much familiar face who played Kelly Garrett in the famed Charlie’s Angels of the 1980’s is being primed up by Kmart to replace Martha Stewart. Due to failure to reach an amicable settlement with the Martha Stewart line, it seems that Jaclyn Smith is the chosen successor of the bed line products to be carried by Kmart.

The Jaclyn Smith line, described as a “fresh, simple, modern look,” is a natural extension of one of Kmart’s first celebrity brands, the retailer said. Smith endorsed her apparel line at Kmart 23 years ago. Smith said in a statement that her home collection will offer “an easy way to make a great impression — time after time, all at a sensible price.”

Leather Covers can Rekindle Worn Out Furniture
0 Comments Published by brian yalung August 20th, 2008 in BED News, BED Video, Bed Designs, Beddings, Chairs, Couch, Covers, Home Designs, Pillows and Cushions.
When it comes to leather, unless you are able to carefully maintain and take care of them, chances are they will wear out easily. We have seen most leather made furniture such as chairs, sofas and the usual couch at home and if we fail to address the proper way to clean them or care for them, they will soon loose their aura.
But thanks to innovations similar to seat covers, Cover my furniture now offers a great way to bring back the luster and add some ideas to present home furnishings as well. Leather covers can cover up the worn out home pieces and project a better image. Better yet, if you have the traditional cloth covers, you can also turn to these leather covers to change the style that they normally had.
Not a bad way to brighten up your home especially if you are thinking modern these days.

The bugs are more difficult to kill now because they have become immune to the use of neurotoxin. Since you’re going to need multiple applications to rid yourself of these nasty pests, most people would prefer to use a less-toxic method like EcoBugFree.”

For best home design and ideas, eco-friendly suggestions and ideas that we see on the web of from the usual home designer magazines are a good place to solicit new concepts you can apply to your home.
You don’t really need the expensive things such as that exotic sofa or classy designed lighting fixtures. You can gain a lot of ideas based on eco-friendly suggestion that people are sharing and discovering over the web. The only thing you really have to do is look for them and determine how they can fit according to your taste and home.
So if you talk about modern, all you have to do is figure out what hippy trends are being discussed about today. At the moment, new home designs come from eco-friendly ideas that are aimed to show people alternatives that are not always heavy on the pocket.
A very prominent contemporary furniture trend is the use of ‘green’ or environmentally friendly products which is a result of the rising awareness of global warming and other such environmental factors. Examples include the use of material that do not emit toxic gases and also do not deplete scare resources. They are also designed to last very long so that they may be conserved for future generations and in addition many are made to be easily recyclable. Many contemporary furniture designers now use reclaimed lumber to craft their products as a result of this trend. Also very versatile furniture is in demand as designers try to get as much use out of a single piece of furniture as they can. One designer has even created a bed that can be instantly converted into a coffee table.

There Will Always be a Living Room Design Above The Rest
0 Comments Published by brian yalung July 16th, 2008 in BED Furniture, Beddings, Bedroom, Home Designs, Livingroom.
As far as designing your home is concerned, there will always be uniqueness and differences from other people, regardless if he or she is your next door neighbor or not. This is taken from the fact that with the abundant number of interior decorators and designers in the world today, each home owner will have his or her own taste. Rarely will you find similar designs from people. They can get close but the exact copy of a room design is hard to come by.
Furniture makers and distributors such as Camel can provide a lot of these ideas. Ranging from bedrooms to living rooms, you will surely enjoy what they have to offer. With different concepts but attractive designs, it should not be surprising why most people would want a unique room design based on furniture suitable for them.
Each manufacturer that ESF partners with offers a wide range of prices and unique designs. “In this global market, our customers are searching for a variety of styles that are unavailable in their local stores,” says Jeff Penner, affiliate outlet manager for WFB, “New designs from all over the world help us stand out from the rest.”
Since 1983, Camel has manufactured and exported bedroom, dining room, fabric and leather sofas from their factory located in Northeast Italy. New materials and designs keep the manufacturer unique and appealing. Camel uses wood, hardware, glasses, and metal components that are strictly Italian origin. With over 25 years of experience, Camel has developed strong packaging for their furniture that can withstand traveling long distances to reach customers around the world.

Making Advanced Preparations for Nursery Provisions
0 Comments Published by brian yalung July 15th, 2008 in BED Kids, Baby, Beddings, Cabinet, Crib, Kids Bedroom, Kids Furniture.
Newly weds and couple who are planning to raise a family do not have to wait until little tykes are expected to be on the way. Apparently, many people today are making advanced preparations, leaving provisions for nurseries to avoid the hassles of addressing them once the new member of the family is on the way.
To some, it would be a waste of time to plan ahead. But do remember, designing a nursery is also quite harassing if you are doing it within the months of expecting your first born.
Nurseries are not simple to conceptualize. Cribs and toys are not everything. Color themes and baby furniture as well as the usual baby cabinets are included and not to mention the issue of proper spacing. In all, it is a bit similar to organizing a standard room with the only thing to be inserted is the fact that infants would be the ones who would frequent the room.
“When we moved into our house, I knew exactly where I wanted the nursery,” Kaye Popofsky Kramer of Laurel Canyon says of her room with an alcove by the window — “perfect for a rocking chair.”
“It was never the guest room or a storage room,” she says. “I just wanted it waiting for a child.”

Bold Colors and Unique Furniture Give Room Character
0 Comments Published by brian yalung July 13th, 2008 in BED News, Bed Designs, Beddings, Bedroom, Home Appliances, Home Designs.
For each home or place that we find ourselves in, there will always be something strikingly different about them. Apparently we rarely give an entire room its due and much of the attention would be centered on that one single piece of furniture.
On whether this is a good or bad thing depends if the room was really meant to be like that. Often there would be the usual room theme and complimentary things but in some cases people want something to stand out.
So much for one aspect of designs, what if you designed an entire room uniquely. Some may call it weird but rest assured, you will at least balance the attention you have as far as home or room design is concerned. All you have to do is figure out how you can be different from contemporary designs known today.

Turning to Used Furniture During Hard Times
0 Comments Published by brian yalung July 9th, 2008 in BED Furniture, Beddings, Bedroom, Home Appliances, Home Designs, News.
Practically all people these days are having a hard time managing their finances. While you want the best quality of beds and furniture in the market to place in your homes, you just have to place the self-control as far as buying new ones from top furniture stores today. An alternative these days deals with checking out used furniture. With all the moving and house cleaning that people make, there are bound to be great items up for grabs you can get from garage sales or of similar events.
One thing to note, used furniture are not antiques. They will have their share of being scrutinized but the point here is that of being able to properly check if they are still worthy of buying. While finances are a constraint these days, it still remains that you should buy furniture that is a reasonable find.
“My income has not changed,” said Phillips, 32, who works in the operations department of a cable company. “It’s just that things are more expensive. I’m spending more money at the grocery store. I’m spending more money on gas.”
So the single mom decided to do something that more shoppers are doing in these tough economic times.
She decided to buy used furniture.
“Budgets are tight,” she said. “I’m just trying to save a penny.”
