Inspired by Shaker furniture tradition, modern design and the needs of a newborn baby and its parents, Heidi Newell designed this beautiful Ovum bassinet. The two parts of this bassinet offer options for portability, rocking or standing base. The basket is designed to allow visibility of the baby from any angle in the room, where as the standing base can be flip over and make use of the oval shape as a rocker.
