No one can really predict when the need to put up their homes for sale would be. If people had their way, they wouldn’t. But the thing is, it may all come to a point where they have to sell some properties and stuff for the practical reason of living. These days, living large is not really feasible especially if your household is not that big.

It would indeed be hard to part with your home, especially if you grew up in it. They are called ancestral homes by some, but sometimes, we all have to face that fact that siblings and usual households would want to explore the world on their own. Once that happens, all you have is a house with empty rooms and that can totally become lonesome, not to mention the fact that it defeats the purpose of enjoying comfortable homes.
