Sleep Good for Immune System
According to an article by the UCLA Cousins Center research in the September 15th issue of Biological Psychiatry, even losing sleep for one night can trigger vital cellular pathway that produces tissue-damaging inflammation. So for the sake of your immune system don’t forget to get a good nights sleep!

Sleep is essential and too many people don’t take sleep serious enough. I don’t know how some people go on 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night and make it through the day.
