Karim Rashid needs to introduction in the design world and his works pretty much stands out. The Kapsule Chair is one of his many consumer products and bears the Rashid trademark. The Kapsule Chair won the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) Silver Award in the consumer products division in 2002 and offers both storage and seating capabilities.

At Bedzine we love products that are eco-friendly and have been made from recyclable materials. The Patchwork Collection by Amy Hunting is made of wood waste and off-cuts and hence made completely from factory waste. The pieces were put together to form a wood patchwork before they were made into; a chair, a book box and a series of 12 lamps.
