Fitting in Furniture in Sleek Space Living
0 Comments Published by brian yalung July 30th, 2008 in Bed Designs, Home Appliances, Home Designs. The thing with turning towards smaller yet unique furniture these days is to know the proper spacing and measurements for furniture ideas that can be placed in small living spaces like condominium units. These days, condominium living has been rampant for most and while we all want those big and bulky furniture to fit in smaller bedrooms and living rooms, we just have to face the fact we lack the space to accommodate them.
But home owners should not fret. There are people who have a good eye and make these sleek designed home furniture. With the proper measurements and design, there are furniture items anyone can fit into any space in their home.

Newly-certified Architect Eduardo Calma has always been consistent with his vision.
Contemporary in approach, he prefers to talk about space rather than objects. After all, with sleek finishes and clean lines, what else do you need?
His colors are non-colors—deep earthy tones from elegant wood veneers that stand out against whitewashed walls and highlight geometric shapes.

Kensington Bed with Frame
0 Comments Published by HomeAndBedroom May 28th, 2008 in BED Furniture, BED Home, Bedroom. As I started packing my stuff to move from my college dorm room to my new apartment, I began thinking about what kind of bed I was going to shop for to put in my new master bedroom suite. I wanted something elegant. I wanted something with a distinctive design. I decided on a whim to shop around for metal beds and leave the packing for later.
I shopped a few different brands before I found the Fashion Bed Group and fell head over heels for their beds and their prices. I was hooked. I could not stop looking at the detail on each of their Metal Beds. They were all so unique. I realized that I would have to narrow my search a bit because there were just too many to choose from. So I decided that my new bed must be silver. My colors were black, purple and silver. So, a silver bed would do nicely.
After I chose a color, I found a bed that perfect bed. The Kensington Bed with Frame would be my new bed for my new apartment. I was shocked to find out that I could order it in dusty silver, gold frost, tarnished copper, pumice-gold bullion, or golden crème. Of course I stuck to my colors and ordered the dusty silver, but I was impressed with the array of colors to choose from. My new bed is now in my new master suite. It looks fabulous. I get compliments on it every time someone new comes to see my new place!

The “Colors” wall clock is simple yet dramatic. It can adorn any living space and garner attention. Designed by Richard Shed and Alex Taylor , the clock is a testament to simple designs.
Platform beds have become extremely popular, especially among the young generation of today. Why? Partially because they are generally much more inexpensive than their frame-counterparts, which is mainly because you do not have to purchase a box spring in order to sleep comfortably and with good support. They are also popular because they have such a minimalist style, with simple, straightforward lines and usually deep colors. Inexpensive or not, the platform bed is not a fad that is going to disappear in a few months or years, but rather is here to stay for the simple fact that people love them.
Lifestyle Solutions Furniture has their own take on a platform bed. Known as the Pacifica Platform Bed, this platform bed is unique in a very special way. Rather than a solid headboard, it has wide horizontal slats and a solid foot board. It also has center support legs to give the bed much more strength than the traditional platform bed has. It has a cappuccino finish and is ideal for a single person, or a large family, as no matter how many people climb onto the bed on a lazy Sunday, the solid frame will be able to support them.
