Filled with weirdness but definitely something people can use to accommodate large groups, this cooky looking Reptile Couch should be something to add glitter and fun in your room. Ideal for the living room, it may even be a good add for a kid’s room (if it can fit itself of course!).

This Reptile Couch was shown over at the Milan Furniture Fair, situated somewhere near the entrance. Though there is no mention of its comfiness, this is one unique and wacky sofa that can really entice some fun-filled moments in any home.

For the people who want to sit or lie down on something different yet relaxing, check out this Crystal Chaise Lounge. The new lounge was showcased at the Milan Furniture Fair, in Milan, Italy. Her crystal forms the core of a chaise lounge, a three-tiered curving formation, white leather on luminescent crystal on metal.

Donatella Versace said that they opted for crystal since it’s very spiritual and people need to have a place to relax and be themselves. Hit the jump to see Versace posing near a crystal chaise longue.

Modern furniture creations we see today are not only trying to adapt to the limited spaces, they are trying to be multi-functional as well. Just take a look at this Quaderna Console Table. Superstudio’s famous Quaderna tables are still in production by the Italian company Zanotta.

At the Milan Furniture fair, Zanotta’s Trans-Forma exhibition, under the direction of Fabrica, showcased a unique creation – an iconic 1970 Quaderna console table transformed into a Dining Table Doccia (which means shower in Italian). The minimalist shower was shown to express clever re-imaginings of the company’s classics.

At the Salone Milan Furniture Fair one witnessed a cornucopia of talent and designs. The Table, Bench, Chair by Sam Hecht, which was also exhibited at Salone, takes multi-tasking to a new level. The bench is divided into different configurations of seating by steam-bent, beech frames and three versions of Table, Bench, Chair are available; a chair, bench and love seat.

At the Milan design week one got to see some cutting-edge designs that blurred the lines between functionality and imagination. The “Home Pets”  Magazine racks by Metodot highlight how designers judicially blend in creativity and discipline in the design-sphere. Home Pets includes a rack shaped like a dog (Bau) and a cat (Miao).

Forever is a scary term since most of us shy away from commitment. However the Forever Blanket is an exception! Designed by BCXYA, the blanket was exhibited at the Milan Furniture Fair and promises “eternal rest”. Now that again is a scary thought though this one does look extremely warm and comfy.

The Milan Furniture Fair shows some killer designs and the Myto Chair was one of those products which scream understated chic. The  Cantilever chair entirely made of BASF Ultradur® High Speed plastic and is available in shades of lack, white grey, traffic red, pure orange, grey, yellow green, aubergine and light blue. Check out this incredible wall clock from Dutch Designer Christina Postam for Established & Sons. Displayed at these years Milan Furniture Fair, the clock consists of f more than 150 individual clocks mounted to a 140 cm x 140 cm pane so that time is spelled out!

As far as entrainment spaces go you cant really top the Danyteak, stark white bright lacquer finish. The furniture, conceived as an object, has developed as a “system” in the course of time. All concepts are costume and designed to your needs, that measure and fit any environment.
