Benjamin Hubert offers a comfortable looking chair with the Pod Chair. This is a chair that is said to be created as a privacy chair, incorporating different elements to make it a “room within a room”.

The Pod Chair was made using PET felt technology. While the chair seems be made of pieces that are difficult to recycle, the main materials used are actually PET bottles. The bottles undergo a transformation process in which they end up being the molded felt form which should help bring down the carbon footprint in terms of transportation and storage costs.

Taking its inspiration from the Matryoshka doll of Russia, the Matreshka Light chair is a great luxury lounge chair which should capture the eyes of the design lovers. Designed by Georgi Slokoski of Bulgaria, the pod-shaped chair boasts of hi-tech features together with a curvaceous design and fiberglass craftsmanship.

The built-in LED RGB lighting can be controlled via remote control while the base can rotate a full 360 degrees. This is one chair that certainly comes with a lot of perks but will surely cost a lot. The chair made its debut at the Milan 2011 fair.

We all hear about the fast pace of technology. We see it on how our children grasp the use of computers and one thing that we may soon see is that of modern furniture or study tables that offer a more private and sensual concept.

This internet terminal “Easy Net Space” reminds us of the Globus Artifort Workstation – it rather looks like a bad copy of the earlier, but we thought it deserves a mention for obvious reasons.

This one is actually meant for commercial use: for hotels and offices. The pod-shaped internet terminal is actually a nice one for internet cafes and offices. It features a 19 “TFT screen with integrated speakers, illuminated keyboard and optical mouse.

The terminal is available in three colors: red, silver and black with red upholstery. The design for sure looks futuristic, as they claim. The price is not yet known.
