For the bookworms, here is a concept project you may be interested in. This is the Long Form Library from Thomas Mills which should make it easier for people to reach out for their favorite books or alternatively, films in CDs.

The Long Form Library measures 246cm tall and is made entirely of hand-cut plywood. Once a person sits on it, the whole thing rocks gently back and forth to get to that book, magazine or CD you want. Reading lamps are placed for reading in the most obvious manner, while lights placed around the circumference act as a clock, timers changing the brightness of them to its highest at the equinox of the day, dimmed to nothing at midnight.

Don’t invest in outdoor just do what Blogger Danny Seo has done. Paint rocks and pebbles with a coat of glow-in-the-dark paint and make a path of rocks leading to the house. At daytime the rocks will charge up from the sun and at nightglow in the dark.

Since we’re nuts over beds, we all love our beds, why not a little history lesson about beds? I mean, why did people switch from sleeping on floors and rocks, to beds? Why? When?

Okay, this isn’t exactly about beds……but it’s to inform those who like traveling, but prefer to use economy to save money and spend it while visiting instead. Often we’re forced to endure chairs, as stiff as rocks. Lufthansa are currently considering offering beds in economy class. What a great idea. I sure hope they approve it.
