Here is a neat looking bookshelf that should inspire you to put your books and reading materials in proper order. The shelf comes with a moveable bookend that can be adjusted, depending on how many books you place on it.

The Hold On Tight Shelf was designed by Colleen Whiteley. She makes use of a powder-coated aluminum cube with wingnuts to adjust the bookend when needed. The whole bookshelf itself is made from beechwood with natural shellac making it a plain but nifty addition one would love to have in his room or maybe even the office.
