Video Games in Bed Lead to Sleep Deprived Teens

Teens with Personal TVs Sleep Less

According to  Prof. Yael Letzer, Dr. Tamar Shohat and Prof. Orna Chishinsky of the Jezreel Valley College in Israel, putting a television in a teens room is not a great idea.
