Designed originally by Ernest Igl in 1970, the desk just got a modern makeover and was also spotted in the Men in Black 3 trailer. The Moss Table is one of those multi-functional pieces of furniture that are no way near one dimensional. At first glance, you can’t figure out if it is a table lamp, a table or an indoor garden. In fact, it is all three and is an experimental project. The idea is to generate energy via the lamp and light up the lamp! This project is based on the research conducted by Cambridge University, so it is no fluke.
