The Vague Clock

The Vague Clock

Here is an odd clock for you, one that reveals the time only when you touch it. The Vague Clock was designed by Sejoon Kim which, as the name states, sheds off a blank face. So when you want to see the time, a slight touch or pressure from a person’s hand will be required if you want to know what time it is.

The clock is covered with a squishy kind of material which would then reveal the position of the clock hands. The clock takes away that compulsion to constantly stare at the hands of the clock by obscuring the hands from sight.

You have to wonder if the clock hands can take all that touching and pressure applied to it. But then again thanks to the GPS-updated timekeeping mechanisms, that concern has been addressed.
