Materials:
- Two 17″ x 13″ Rectangle of Mesh Fabric, Netting, or Tulle
- 30″ Length of String or Cording
- Thread
- (Optional) Toggle

Tools:
- Scissors
- Ruler or Measuring Tape
- Straight Pins
- Safety Pin
- Sewing Machine
