Yay! No more snoring!
Found in the Sleep Care Shop from Japan, this AntiSnor Ring was made in Australia, using Sterling Silver. It comes in 3 sizes and adjustable.
According to www.brettent.com, snoring does not generally cause other medical problems. But it can be serious when it disturbs sleep patterns and deprive the sleeper appropriate rest. When severe, it can be associated with long term health problems, including sleep apnea.
Although snoring could be stop by a simple change of lifestyle, such as preventing overweight, or stay away from alcohol before going to bed, etc.
Just wear this ring on the small finger of your left hand during sleeping hours. The two pressure balls will do an acupressure effect to your body and relief you from snoring. It reacts differently on each individual. I think it would be even better if there is another product that can temporarily deaf your partner during sleeping hours.
